Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: North America: 3–5 business days after processing Global: 5–14 business days after processing Australia & New Zealand: 7–22 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: North America: 2–3 business days after processing International: 4–12 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing. Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Promotional or free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

International Shipping

Amaleas ships to select international locations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. International shipments may occasionally experience additional delays due to customs clearance processes.
